Place Bonaventure has implemented measures for saving, recovering and reusing the energy resources the building consumes. As part of this process, we have modernized our facilities and optimized our control systems. The building is certified LEED Gold, BOMA Best Gold level, and WELL Health-Safety rated.

Place Bonaventure has a recycling program that ensures the recovery of all of the paper and cardboard used by its tenants. In addition, various tenants have installed boxes to recover cans and plastic containers in food service areas intended for their employees. Place Bonaventure also encourages all tenants to recover their batteries, ink cartridges and electric lights.
